Juan Camilo Ocampo is the general manager of the firm Interventoría y Supervisión Técnica Avanzada S.A.S. He graduated from the National University of Colombia, Medellín campus, and began his professional career in 2007 with the company Arango Arango S.A.S., serving as a technical site resident. From there, he built his expertise, holding all successive technical positions until ending his tenure to become independent. During this time, he contributed to several major projects in the city, including:
- Chemistry and Biosciences Laboratory, National University of Colombia (El Volador Campus)
- The Charlee Boutique Hotel Project (Parque Lleras)
- Torre Bellagio Project
- La Torre Suites Project
- Plan Max Project (intervention in fire suppression and detection systems) for Éxito Stores

In 2010, he completed a specialization in project and works auditing, focusing his professional path on the technical supervision of projects and their administrative oversight. By 2023, he pursued a postgraduate degree in building pathology, consolidating 17 years of experience in various housing, commercial, and institutional infrastructure projects in Medellín.
Since 2017, as the General Manager of INSA, he has served as the coordinator of technical processes and the primary advisor for project execution with firms such as Constructora Álvarez Escobar. He has also worked on additional projects for the National University of Colombia and has become a key figure in the maintenance and inspection processes of building façade pathologies.
